Deep Tissue Massage
Those who have chronic pain with muscular tightness or tension often request this type of treatment. Deep tissue is a slow sustaining pressure in one of more locations of the body where it is most needed. Also using trigger point in areas that have stubborn knots. For better results it is best to warm up the muscle with slow movements and or myofascial release before starting a deep tissue massage. Myofascial release is a much needed soft touch that stretch’s the connective tissue. Deep tissue can be very effective if done properly, but can be a bit intense so please, communicate with your therapist if the pressure is too much. If Deep tissue is not for you, then consider the Deep muscle therapy it is a wonderful alternative.
